As a meal deliverer, you enjoy cycling around the city to deliver meals ordered online to customers. Via the app on your phone you can see at which restaurant you have to pick up the order. While waiting, you can check your social media or chat with colleagues who are also waiting for an order. You take the order from the restaurant and get back on your bike. On to the customer! Fortunately, you get paid per hour, so you don't have to hurry. This way you can enjoy the sun and see a lot of the city. The customer is happy to see you when you knock at the door. what is the salary of a bike courier at just eat takeaway? 

Your gross salary could be € 19.83 per hour! This includes all the extras, bonuses in specific cities. Your hourly wage per hour (without all the extras) as an courier at Takeaway will be:   

• 16 years: € 6.20 per hour

• 17 years: € 6.63 per hour

• 18 years: € 8.00 per hour

• 19 years: € 8.00 per hour

• 20 years: € 10.62 per hour

• 21+ years: € 13.27 per hour

And that's not all. You will get the following extra’s working at Takeaway:

• 8.33% holiday allowance and you will save holiday hours. You could use the holdiday hours to go on a holiday or you could receive them in cash

• You can keep all the tips you get

• Do you use your own bicycle? Then you will receive a compensation of € 0,10 per kilometer. This will be € 0.19 per kilometer if you use your e-bike

• A working-hour-bonus: Work more, earn more! You can make an additional € 2.50 per hour if you work a lot. Check out the open vacancies to see how much this bonus is in your city

• Late owl allowance: if you work after 10.30 pm on a friday, saturday or sunday in Amsterdam or Rotterdam you will receive 25% extra on top of your normal hourly wage. Ka-ching!

• Bring-a-friend-bonus of € 150 netto
