On 13 November, we sent you an email about the WAB Act (Balanced Labour Market Act). This new Act will enter into force on January 1, 2020.  Randstad is simplifying its organizational structure for a better WAB alignment. Our services are now provided by several BVs, or private companies. We will be merging our services into a single BV: Randstad Uitzendbureau bv.

your pay slip will soon say ‘randstad uitzendbureau’

Randstad Uitzendbureau bv will be the new name of your employer from January 1, 2020. This is what you will see on your pay slip. Nothing else changes. You will continue doing the same work, with the same client, on the same secondment agreement. Your Randstad support team will also be unchanged. You keep your reserves, such as holiday time.

higher holiday allowance

As from January 1, 2020, you will receive a higher holiday allowance. You have 8% now. You will have 8.33% in the new situation. This is due to a change in the ABU CLA.
