when does the bus leave from which location?

The bus transport schedule will be made every week based on the planning at VanDijk. Depending on who is scheduled, the departure place and time can differ weekly. Therefore, take a good look at the overview per week. It will be uploaded to the site every Friday during the summer season. The text is blue when there is a link with a document attached to it. Click on the week you want to view. You can check the pick-up points here soon.

We will work in two shifts from week 28 (8 July). The first shift is from 07:00h to 14:45h, and the other is from 15:00h to 22:45h.

frequently asked questions

  • I’m planned for work, but cannot work. What now?

    In order to get a leave of absence, you will have to ask for a leave of absence from your group leader. They will check the possibility of you getting a day off and sign your form. You can give your signed form to Randstad and they will process your leave of absence.

  • what are the additional rates for the different shifts?

    The rates are as followed:

    • Between 18:00 and 00:00 -> 20%

    • Between 06:00 and 07:00 -> 20%

  • how much do I earn per hour?
    • 16 jaar → € 8,50

    • 17 jaar → € 8,50

    • 18 jaar → € 9,00

    • 19 jaar → € 10,00

    • 20 jaar → € 11,15

    • ≥ 21 jaar → € 13,93

  • how do I receive my salary?

    Your salary will be paid out weekly every Tuesday. Your payslip will arrive on the following Wednesday in My Randstad (app). If you haven’t received your salary yet on Wednesday? Contact the colleagues at administration.vandijk@nl.randstad.com or visit the meeting point during the breaks at VanDijk.

  • I would like to work in a different department. Is that possible?

    Normally, it is not easily possible to work in another department. However, exceptions can be made in special circumstances (e.g. physical or language barrier). Discuss this with your group leader and after that Randstad.

  • will the bonus be paid out?

    Are you available for at least 3 weeks (15 shifts) during weeks 28 and 34? Then you will receive a €1,- hourly bonus on top of your current salary. That’s quite nice, right? Of course, it does mean you have to work those minimum number of shifts.

  • I cannot see the planning in the Randstad application (or any other problem with the application). What now?

    You can call our special application helpdesk number on: 020-4056565. This number is available on workdays between 09:00h and 17:00h. Our colleagues are ready to help you!

  • the amount of worked hours on the schedule is incorrect or the worked hours have not been approved yet. What now?

    In this case, go to your group leader/supervisor to discuss this. They will make sure the right hours are being processed and approved.

  • reporting sick: I’m at work, but feeling sick. What do I do?

    Report this to your group leader/supervisor and inform Randstad after. Unfortunately, you will have to arrange your own transport home if you came with the bus.

  • calling in sick: I’m at home and not able to work. What do I do?

    Are you feeling sick before your shift? Report this to us as soon as possible so we can arrange for other people to take over your shift. Next, following these steps:

    1. go to the Randstad app or website and report yourself sick;
    2. call our planning department - you can find the contactinformation below. When you are not able to reach them, just leave a voicemail stating your name and that you're ill.
  • what is the Wi-Fi code?

    Everybody can use the Wi-fi network TLN-guest. The password is: welcome@tln
