Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn we op zoek naar meerdere administratief medewerkers, die vanaf 10/17 juni beschikbaar zijn om 32-40 uur per week aan de slag te gaan. Het is een tijdelijke functie voor in ieder geval 2 maanden, maar dit kan verlengd worden. Ben jij iemand die ervaring heeft met contracten? Kan je erg secuur te werk gaan? En ben je per direct beschikbaar vanaf midden juni? Dan ben jij misschien wel de administratieve topper die we zoeken.

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die secuur en nauwkeurig te werk kan gaan. Het is namelijk belangrijk dat alle contracten goed gecontroleerd worden. Je moet er ook tegen kunnen dat je veel gecontroleerd wordt. Onze opdrachtgever doet dit om zoveel mogelijk fouten te voorkomen.

Naast het feit dat je nauwkeurig bent heb je al enige ervaring als administratief medewerker. Het team spreekt onderling Nederlands, maar er zijn ook internationale collega's.

Bij onze opdrachtgever zijn ze overgegaan naar een nieuw systeem waar al hun contracten in staan. Dit houdt in dat alle oude contracten moeten worden gecontroleerd en in het nieuwe systeem moeten worden gezet. Voor de komende maanden zijn ze op zoek om de achterstanden weg te werken.

De contracten ga je handmatig controleren en nalopen.

Hun software wordt gebruikt om de dienstverlening van klanten te verbeteren, zowel intern als extern. Als administratief medewerker contracten kom je te werken op het finance team waar je 6 collega's hebt. Ze zullen je goed inwerken en controleren of alles goed gaat.
