We are seeking a Scrum Master with proven experience in complex IT environments to join one of our multidisciplinary development teams and value streams. You will play a pivotal role in guiding, facilitating, and coaching our team to achieve its best possible output.

As a Scrum Master, you will be the catalyst for team efficiency and smooth operation. Your main responsibilities will include:

Coaching and Facilitation: Guiding, facilitating, motivating, and coaching an Agile Scrum team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and self-organization.
Process Improvement: Initiating team changes and driving process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Agile Expertise: Acting as a mentor and coach, applying Agile principles and the Scrum framework effectively, challenging and supporting the team in equal measure.
Collaboration and Transparency: Collaborating with Management to optimize transparency and implement data-driven work efficiency improvements.
Team Ownership: Ensuring the team remains fully responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, design, testing, validation, and product demonstrations.
Proactive Support: Serving as a proactive facilitator, demonstrating the flexibility required to deal with changing circumstances in a high-tech development environment.

Competenties

What You Bring

Experience: At least 2-5 years of relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile coaching role.
Education: A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
Certifications: Relevant Agile coaching and/or Scrum certifications are required.
Mindset: You are a dedicated team-player, creative, open, and flexible.
Domain Knowledge: Experience working in complex IT environments, ideally involving software based on both Java and C++.
Tools and Techniques: Familiarity with a modern development environment and the following tools/techniques is a strong plus:
- Agile/Scrum software development within a scaled environment
- Linux, IntelliJ, real-time software development
- Functional-Testing, Exploratory-Testing, Test-Automation and Unit-Testing (e.g., Google-Test), Cucumber
- Continuous Integration & Delivery
- Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, GIT, BitBucket
