About the Project: Unlocking the Future of Data

The sheer volume of data within our organization is enormous and scattered across the globe in various systems (SharePoint, Google Drive, databases, etc.). Our Semantic Datalayer Project aims to transform this fragmented data into a single, smart, uniform data hub. You will help make data discoverable and accessible for both human users and AI applications. We achieve this by:

Labeling documents using Knowledge Graphs (Ontologies).
Extracting factual data from documents using AI technology.
Indexing the data in a secure, compliant, and encrypted manner, adhering to the data laws of different countries.

Your Role: Shaping and Freeing Data

As a Data Scientist / Developer, you are the key to realizing the extraction and accessibility mechanisms. You will be responsible for building smart pipelines that convert raw data into structured, usable knowledge.

Functie-eisen

Proficient in Python for data processing and analysis.
Experience with AI Prompting for advanced data extraction.
Demonstrable experience setting up Ingestion Pipelines and automated metadata generation.
Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Proficient with modern data tools, such as Databricks.
Proficient in English.
Pre: Experience with Golang or C#.
Pre: Understanding of encryption principles.

Your Way of Working (Development Process)

Hands-on experience with GitHub, Docker and other modern dev tools.
Ability to create well-structured, reusable components with robust unit tests.
Experience using Azure DevOps.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Duration: 1 year contract with a chance of renewal
The client operates a hybrid model, meaning they work partly in the office and partly from home.
In person parttime presence (to be agreed) at the Amsterdam or Zwolle office
