ASML is seeking a Configuration Management Change Lead to improve the efficiency and profitability of the organization by enhancing and executing world-class Configuration Management processes and methods. This role is crucial in managing global configuration information, enabling ASML to achieve excellent delivery performance at minimum cost across Development & Engineering, Sourcing and Supply Chain, Factory, and Field operations.
The Role: Purpose and Impact
As a Change Lead, you are responsible for driving, planning, and executing complex product changes in a fast-paced environment. You will lead cross-sector project teams to ensure the integrity of our product configurations throughout the entire lifecycle, directly contributing to strengthening customer trust.
Your main goal is to safeguard the quality of impact analysis and ensure that implementation risks, costs, and processing time are minimized. You will act as a key coach and leader, focusing on continuous improvement within the change execution process.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and Plan Changes: Lead the planning and execution of product changes toward defined configurations based on the complexity of the impact analysis.
- Manage Dependencies: Control change dependencies and hold stakeholders accountable for actions and timelines.
- Lead Operations: Conduct operational meetings to steer and accelerate change implementation.
- Stakeholder Management: Take ownership to ensure all relevant internal and external stakeholders are involved and aligned.
- Ensure Traceability: Secure the traceability of configurations by consistently applying ASML’s change policies.
- Coach & Mentor: Actively coach cross-sector project team members on effectively executing the change process.
- Drive Improvement: Implement continuous improvement by actively obtaining stakeholder feedback and leveraging data to achieve tangible business impact.
Mitigate Risk: Arrange support when operational challenges arise and manage scope, complexity, and risk mitigation activities under time pressure.
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience in sustaining engineering and new product introductions, OR
- Master's degree with 3+ years of professional experience.
- Demonstrable experience combining operational and project management skills within a technical environment.
- Experienced in managing diverse stakeholders and complex dependencies.
- Proven understanding of how configuration changes impact suppliers, factories, and customers.
- Ability to use problem-solving methodologies to define and embed process and business improvements.
