You are the driven leader who achieves operational success at your location. As an experienced Location Manager, you hold a unique, central position. You are fully responsible for daily management, translating established organizational objectives into visible success. Within the defined frameworks, budgets, and standards, you ensure effective and efficient operation of the location and guarantee optimal service delivery to customers.
Your sharp focus is on two crucial areas:
Operational Management and Improvement: You are the expert who plans, monitors, and realizes operational processes at the location. You make the necessary resources available and coordinate daily activities in consultation with management. Additionally, you identify the need for technical improvement projects (CAPEX) and realize them timely and within budget. You ensure that all laws and regulations, quality requirements, and internal procedures are meticulously adhered to. This is your opportunity to continuously elevate processes to a higher level through Continuous Improvement.
People-Centred Leadership: You take the lead in coaching and developing your direct team members. You are the connecting factor who knows how to inspire and motivate employees. The recruitment & selection, onboarding, and training of new talent falls under your responsibility, as does the active implementation of the sickness absence policy. By conducting performance reviews and appraisal interviews, you ensure that every professional works on their personal growth.
Within Financial Management, you are closely involved in preparing and monitoring the location budget and proactively identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. As a true team player, you also maintain relationships with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. By handling complaints adequately and ensuring the desired quality and service, you achieve maximum customer satisfaction. As a member of the Supply Chain Management Team, you make a strategic contribution to developing policies and achieving the broader organizational goals.
Functie-eisen
- You possess a minimum of Higher Professional Education (HBO) working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of Business Administration, Food Technology, or a comparable field of study.
- You have demonstrable experience (minimum 5 years) in a managerial role, preferably as a Location Manager or a comparable position.
- You have thorough knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, quality standards (such as HACCP), and processes at the location, including logistics and machine safety.
- You have knowledge and experience with budget management, operational management, and Continuous Improvement.
- English required, Dutch is a plus

Primary Employment Conditions
- 8.33% holiday pay calculated over 12 monthly salaries.
Contract Type
- A projectcontract for the duration of the assignment; for first instance 6 months
