As a Medior Java Engineer, you will be an integral part of an agile development team responsible for the full software lifecycle. Your work will involve more than just writing code; you'll be actively engaged in everything from requirements analysis and system design to validation, testing, and product demonstrations. We are seeking a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, secure, and reliable software.

 

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with your agile team to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Implement software designs and requirements provided by System Engineers and Software Architects.
• Ensure the highest standards of security and safety are met in the code you produce.
• Work with your team to design and deliver new features while maintaining our high-quality standards.
• Take full ownership of your work, from concept to delivery.

Competenties

Who We're Looking For:

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering or a related field, with a strong passion for technology and a proven talent for Java.
• A minimum of 5 years of recent and relevant professional experience in Java development.
• Someone who enjoys mastering new domains and technologies quickly.
• A true team player who is dedicated to contributing to a safe and secure society.

Your Skills and Toolbox:

You will be working with a modern development environment and a range of high-tech tools, including:

• Languages & OS: Java, C++, Linux
• Methodologies: Agile/Scrum
• CI/CD: Continuous Integration & Delivery, Jenkins, Nexus, Maven, GIT, BitBucket
• Testing: Unit Testing (Junit), Test Automation, Cucumber
• IDE: IntelliJ
