The job market at Schiphol is characterized by fluctuating dynamics and intensity. However, in this crucial role as Manager Talent Acquisition, you will maintain calmness while providing insight and oversight at all times. You will also, at times, be the literal “working foreman/forewoman” for the various complex recruitment processes to ensure Swissport’s defined recruitment targets are met.

Architect of Talent Inflow
As the Manager Talent Acquisition for Swissport at Schiphol, you are the driving force behind the recruitment and selection strategy. You effortlessly translate the needs from the annual resource plan, including the critical summer ramp-up goals, into concrete and actionable recruitment efforts. Leveraging your expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, you will create an effective strategy for coaching candidates and interviewers in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.
Functie-eisen
Your leadership and commercial flair will ensure the team excels and that Swissport is positioned convincingly in the market. You will sell the Swissport brand with enthusiasm, turning even rejected candidates into ambassadors. You will manage and maintain commercial relationships with external suppliers (such as agencies and advertising platforms) and are responsible for the successful completion of contract negotiations. You achieve this by continuously monitoring the external market, allowing you to always stay one step ahead of Swissport’s competition. You will work collaboratively with HR Services, Training, and Planning for a seamless onboarding process.
Sharp KPIs such as:
· An average of three hires per week per recruiter for bulk positions.
· A candidate funnel conversion rate higher than 10%.
· Time to Fill for bulk positions within 30 days.
The Foundation for Your Success
You are a proven professional with a solid and demonstrable background. You bring the following mandatory requirements:
· Minimum 8+ years of successful experience in recruitment & selection.
· At least 5 years of leadership experience managing different teams.
· A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO).
· In-depth knowledge of recruitment marketing and platforms such as: Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Recruitee.
· Experience with psychometric testing for accurate candidate assessments.
· Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English.
· Proficiency and experience with MS Office, automated workflows, and modern tools such as AI.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
In the role of Manager Talent Acquisition at Swissport, you will be given responsibility, encouraged to think proactively and expected to manage results.
In return, you will receive an entirely reasonable employment benefits package including:
· a fixed annual salary of €80K - €90K, dependent on your experience.
· 8% holiday allowance on top of the base salary.
· 27 vacation days.
· an appropriate mobility allowance, laptop, and mobile phone.
