As a driven Project Manager within FrieslandCampina's Supply Chain Commercialisation team, you'll work on high-impact projects that connect commercial ambitions with production capabilities. You'll lead the Design to Value program, maximising the value of dairy products by minimising costs. This is a challenging role with a crucial contribution to FrieslandCampina's success.
You are the linking pin between disciplines like R&D, QA, Finance, Marketing, and Sales. With your expertise, you ensure flawless project documentation and implementation. You navigate various commercial business units, primarily in Europe, with flair, and you lead the entire project process from initiation to realisation. You prepare CAPEX requests and create business cases that move the organisation forward. Your approach is pragmatic and flexible, and you dare to think outside the box. You are the leader who brings change and ensures projects are delivered within the agreed-upon time and budget.
This role is a unique opportunity to make your mark on leading projects within the FMCG industry for a year.
Team Information
The Supply Chain Commercialisation Europe team consists of 10 professionals who focus on project and product management for operational companies in Europe. The team is part of Customer Supply Chain and works with specialists in commercialisation, product, and project management. FrieslandCampina provides a wide range of consumer products like dairy drinks, infant nutrition, and cheese, and produces ingredients and semi-finished products for customers worldwide.

What do you bring?
- A university degree (MSc/MA/MBA);
- Minimum of 7-10 years of work experience in the FMCG industry with a proven track record in project management;
- Thorough knowledge of new product/packaging development processes;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills in English.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Employment terms
- A good salary, between € 5.000 and € 6.500 gross per month based on 40 hours (starting salary depends on knowledge and work experience);
- 1 x 13th month (paid periodically pro-rata) OR a quarterly bonus. The highest amount will be paid out to you at the end of the year;
- 8.33% holiday pay calculated over 12 monthly salaries.
- A one-year contract, with the goal of working towards a permanent contract;

- 25 vacation days per year based on 40 hours;
