Core Responsibility: Ensure a seamless transition of new products from development to manufacturing by challenging product introduction, designing/implementing assembly and test processes for predictable, reliable, and efficient production lines.
Key Tasks:
- Participate in product design for optimal manufacturability and testing.
- Design production processes and perform technical risk assessments (e.g., pFMEA).
- Write Process and Manufacturing Requirements based on R&D specifications.
- Coordinate development, sourcing, and installation of equipment and tools.
- Prove process/equipment suitability through validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Execute and report on pilot and Process Performance Qualification runs.
- Accountable for manufacturing BOM and routing Master data until shipment release.
- Implement PDLM-driven design changes in factories/at suppliers.
Functie-eisen
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Approximately 5 years in a similar role.
- Experience in design transfer and manufacturing transfer projects.
- Experience with process validation (pMap, pFMEA, IQ, OQ, PQ), FMEA, and SPC.
- Fluency in English.
