We are looking for a Business Analyst experienced in the HR domain (knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding)
The Business Analyst is responsible for leveraging data-driven insights and innovative technologies to enhance HR processes and improve the overall associate experience. This role aims to:
- Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis to provide actionable insights that inform strategic HR decisions and initiatives.
- Enhance HR Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective HR operations.
- Foster Innovation: Identify and evaluate new HR technologies and innovative solutions to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Support Change Management: Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes through effective change management strategies, ensuring smooth transitions and high levels of user engagement.
- By achieving these objectives, the Business Analyst will contribute to the continuous improvement and modernization of HR functions, ultimately enhancing the experience of associates within the organization.
