Are you a results-driven IT Project Manager with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry? We're looking for a leader to oversee critical IT projects that support our manufacturing, logistics, and lab operations.

In this role, you will be the key driver of project success, from initial requirements analysis to final solution delivery. You'll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including plant engineers, technicians, and business leaders, to ensure our technology investments create real business value.

Lead and manage IT projects, acting as both a project manager and business analyst.
Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, and lab stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
Facilitate technical discussions, resolve conflicts, and guide decision-making within project teams.
Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
Collaborate with global and local IT teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
Improve transparency and communication across all project teams and stakeholders.

Functie-eisen

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in technical program or project management, preferably within a supply chain environment.
Proven experience with technology integrations and program delivery.
A strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including GxP and FDA standards.
The ability to translate complex business needs into clear, technical requirements.
Experience in a regulated environment and with IT project management.
Knowledge of digital transformation projects and cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with systems like MES, ERP, LIMS, or SAP.
An understanding of software development and testing methodologies (SDLC, CSV).

The ability to lead and motivate project teams while effectively managing the entire project lifecycle, including scope, budget, and timeline.
The skill to understand complex business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements and solutions.
Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to non-technical business leaders. This includes facilitating discussions, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts.
A strong understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban and proficiency with tools like Jira or Confluence.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations, including GxP, FDA, and ISO standards, to ensure projects are compliant.
A sharp analytical mind to identify and solve complex technical and business challenges.
A working knowledge of IT systems and technologies relevant to the role, such as MES, ERP, and LIMS.
