For our client TNO we are looking for a Project Manager Semicon Equipment Lifetime to lead projects focused on EUV lithography systems.
TNO technology is setting the pace for computing power development. Their technology supports leading chipmakers in producing smaller, faster, and more energy-efficient computer chips.
TNO's expertise in extreme vacuum, high-energy photons, and ultra-clean environments is critical for advanced technology production. At their Van Leeuwenhoek Laboratory, they conduct experimental work on optics, material longevity, and contamination control to prevent nanoscale defects. A primary goal is to support global partners in the continued advancement of EUV lithography for high-volume manufacturing.
- As Project Manager you will lead projects focused on EUV lithography systems.
- You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial customer consultation and proposal definition to project execution and final delivery.
- This involves coordinating experimental work in our advanced facilities and managing small teams of scientific specialists.
- You'll be the primary point of contact for our semiconductor-industry customers, ensuring projects align with their needs and are completed on schedule.
- This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
- You will also be part of a professional team of project managers who support each other's growth and development.
Functie-eisen
Our ideal candidate would recognize themselves in this profile:
- A BSc or MSc (or PhD) in physics, chemistry, electrical or mechanical engineering, or similar;
- At least 3 years proven experience in a project management role in a high tech systems environment, preferably in the semicon domain;
- Experience with lithography systems (preferably)
- An good mastery of the English language, both verbal and written.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
This is a one-year contract with TNO via Yacht (secondment), with the option to extend and a permanent contract after the first year. The position is for 40 hours per week, but 32-36 hours is negotiable.
We offer a competitive compensation package based on the candidate's experience, with a salary max €5500 gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week).
