Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a knack for technical coordination?
For our client Vanderlande we are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at a brand-new, cutting-edge mechanized warehouse for Albert Heijn in Zaandam.
In this dynamic role, you'll be the crucial link between our technicians, their on-site team, and the customer.
You will lead the planning and execution of all maintenance activities, ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently. This isn't just about scheduling; you'll also play a key role in developing their maintenance plans and driving continuous improvement.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and coordinate all maintenance activities - from preventive and corrective work to projects and safety checks.
• Use data from systems like Splunk and Maximo to continuously improve the maintenance plans and workflows.
• Oversee the entire spare parts lifecycle, including ordering, inventory control, quality checks, and warranty claims.
• Act as the main point of contact for planning, working closely with the customer, our technicians, and third parties to prioritize work and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Create maintenance and material usage reports for the customer and keep all work orders and inventory updated in the CMMS (Maximo).
Functie-eisen
Job requirements
• MBO 4 educational level (Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar).
• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance.
• Experience as a Planner, Planner's role / industrial environment (machine / production environment)
• Familiarity with controls technology and data analysis tools like Splunk.
• Strong command of Dutch and English.

• Experience in working with Microsoft office (outlook, Excel, Word, Power-point)
• Experience with working in maintenance management systems
• An enthusiastic, accurate and independent way of working
• You are willing to follow courses and training
