Philips Innovation Engineering has a lab where electronic, electrical, and mechatronic products and systems are manufactured, modified, and adapted. This is done based on limited information (talk, pictures, and limited documentation), and employees are expected to be able to think along with their clients. Employees work on individual projects and communicate directly with their clients or participate in projects.

- Experience with CAD systems (Solid Works is a plus)
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering OR Vocational Education in Information Technology or equivalent.
- No prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as System Architecture, System Design, Hardware Engineering or equivalent.
