We're looking for a Project Planning Lead/Head Time Planner to lead the scheduling and project planning for the Bypass Stockholm project. This is a key role focused on ensuring our timelines are accurate and clear for both internal teams and our main public client. You'll manage the master schedule, coordinate with various teams, and help ensure the project stays on track for a successful and timely completion.

Location: Sweden, Bromma (with regular site visits between Akalla and Skärholmen)

What You'll Do

Lead and coordinate all planning efforts across the project.
Manage and update project schedules using Primavera or Powerproject.
Work with on-site teams to track progress and update schedules.
Identify critical tasks and dependencies to keep the project moving forward.
Help manage project risks and potential claims from a scheduling perspective.
Communicate and present project plans directly to our main client.

You have a proven background in planning for large-scale infrastructure projects.
You're an expert with Primavera or Powerproject.
You are fluent in Swedish and English.
You have strong communication and leadership skills.
You're analytical and can simplify complex information for others.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Primary employment conditions

A gross monthly salary of up to €6.200
A 13th monthly payment, periodically pro rata
8.33% holiday allowance calculated over 12 monthly salaries

Secondary employment conditions

Pension Plus scheme (build-up from day 1)
5% ADV surcharge
Net amount of €750 for setting up your home work space
25 days of vacation per year based on 40 hours
