We're looking for an Electronics Project Leader to join our Grooming & Beauty electronics team. You'll be a vital part of our product development projects, responsible for ensuring the electronics are developed according to all requirements.
In this role, your main challenge will be to direct and manage electronics projects from beginning to end. You'll define the project scope, goals, budget, and resources, all while collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient development process.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the project: You'll be responsible for the efficient execution of the electronics project plan, from defining the scope and deliverables to managing the team from start to finish.
- Team management: You'll direct, coach, and motivate your team members, providing support and identifying opportunities for their professional growth.
- Planning and communication: You will develop comprehensive project plans, including both hardware and software, and communicate project expectations clearly and effectively to all team members and stakeholders.
- Quality assurance: You'll ensure all project deliverables are traceable and mature, coordinating with other disciplines to execute the overall electronics test plan.
- Troubleshooting: You'll monitor the project's progress, analyze results, and proactively solve any issues that arise.
Functie-eisen
- An HBO electronics education or similar background.
- 3-5 years of experience in the electronics field, with a preference for experience in consumer products.
- A strong understanding of modern electronic engineering tools and processes.
- The ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams, communicating well with diverse groups and suppliers in both Asia and Europe.
- A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with basic Dutch knowledge being a plus.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Primary employment conditions:
- A good salary as per market standards.
- 13th month salary
- 8.33% holiday pay calculated over 12 monthly salaries.

- 13th month (paid periodically on a pro-rata basis) or the possibility of a bonus (4 to 8% per quarter - average of 1 month's salary per year)
