You are a driven professional who plays a crucial role in optimizing the supply chain. As an Inventory Planner at Cargill, you challenge yourself to analyze and evaluate distribution networks. You do this by conducting inventory analysis and ensuring effective inventory control. You tackle complex issues independently and contribute directly to the organization's growth and success. This position combines a deep, analytical approach with proactive problem-solving. The role consists of 60-65% analysis and reporting, where you evaluate inventory and initiate actions based on your findings. The remaining 35-40% focuses on stakeholder management and communication, where you independently tackle complex issues. You will approach relevant stakeholders, involve them in the process, and seek solutions to ensure the efficiency of the supply chain. This is a dynamic position where your analytical skills and communication strength come together seamlessly to achieve concrete business objectives.

our responsibilities include:

• Developing strategic inventory plans for specific products and locations.
• Contributing to the inventory process according to established planning metrics.
• Managing data relevant to distribution planning, including capacity, constraints, and supplier information.
• Independently solving complex problems within the supply chain.

Functie-eisen

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, with 3 years in inventory planning.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent Excel skills and an affinity for automated systems.
• Fluent in Dutch (a plus).

Primary Benefits

• A competitive salary, starting salary depends on knowledge and work experience.
• A 13th month salary (paid periodically on a pro-rata basis) OR a quarterly bonus. The higher amount will be paid to you at the end of the year.
• 8.33% holiday allowance calculated over 12 monthly salaries.

Contract Type

• A one-year contract, with the goal of moving toward a permanent contract.
• You are always paid 100% of your salary, even between assignments.

• Assignment salary: compensatory pay for the duration of your assignment.
