As a Service Engineer, you will be the expert responsible for the maintenance and management of complex control and operating systems. You'll work within our supportive Customer Services team, ensuring high-tech installations are always in top condition. This role combines hands-on technical work with analytical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-tech control and operating systems.
Analyze and monitor remote systems to identify and resolve issues.
Serve as a technical contact for both customers and internal colleagues.
Contribute to the design phase and assist with commissioning new installations.
Work extensively with technologies such as SCADA, PLCs, CCTV, and network systems.
Participate in a 24/7 emergency on-call service on a rotational basis

Functie-eisen

What We're Looking For:

A completed Higher Professional Education (HBO) in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or ICT.
Strong affinity with automation technology, ideally with knowledge of SCADA, PLCs, networks, and CCTV.
A customer-oriented, independent, and decisive approach to your work.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
Flexibility and willingness to perform on-call duties.
A valid driving license B.
