Are you an experienced Functional Manager ready for a new challenge?

With us, you'll have the opportunity to apply your expertise on high-impact projects within leading public sector organizations such as DUO, Rijkswaterstaat, TNO, major municipalities, and the Tax and Customs Administration. Assignments typically span from six months to two years, offering both stability and variety.

You’ll be supported by experienced account managers and have access to a dedicated talent advisor who will help guide your professional growth and explore relevant development and training opportunities.

Functie-eisen

At least 3 years of relevant experience in roles such as Functional Manager, IT Business Consultant, Application Manager, or comparable functions
A completed HBO degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Information Management, or a related field
A strong commitment to continuous learning, demonstrated through current or ongoing certifications (e.g., BiSL, ITIL, IREB, Scrum)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT effectively
A proactive and results-oriented attitude, with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of deliverables
Solid experience working within the public or non-profit sector, giving you insight into the specific challenges and needs of these environments

Competenties

Fluent and confident in Dutch, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Committed to continuous learning through relevant certifications and hands-on experience across diverse client environments
Highly organized and methodical, with a structured approach to tasks and project execution
Adaptable and collaborative, contributing actively to team goals and organizational success
Analytical thinker with the ability to break down complex problems and extract key insights
Skilled in stakeholder management, with experience engaging effectively at various organizational levels

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Competitive monthly salary ranging from €3,500 to €4,500 (based on a 36-hour work week), depending on your experience and qualifications
