You are the professional who fully supports two busy executives. This means you combine a proactive and stress-resistant attitude with a sharp eye for detail. You act as a gatekeeper and handle all information with the utmost discretion. Your excellent communication skills and ability to switch quickly make you the perfect colleague. Given the temporary nature of the position and the required start date, you are available immediately.

Must-haves & Experience:

  • Fluent command of the English language (excellent in writing and speaking) is a requirement.
  • A minimum of two years of concrete experience as a Management or Executive Assistant. Philips experience is a big plus!
  • Expertise in complex diary management and coordinating schedules.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You are accurate and skilled at prioritizing and maintaining an overview.
  • Preferably experience with arranging business travel (including visas and logistics).

As Executive Assistant, in this temporary role, you are the right hand of the Marketing Lead and the Strategy Lead within the IGT division. Your primary goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient workday for both executives, who are often traveling or in consultation with international stakeholders. You are an expert at creating 'alignment' in calendars and thoroughly preparing all meetings.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Calendar management: Complex and dynamic calendar management, including proactively resolving conflicts.
  • Travel planning: Full arrangement of international business travel, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Meeting preparation: Gathering and verifying documents for optimal meeting readiness.
  • Communication: Handling and prioritizing incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls).
  • Administration: Drafting concept documents, presentations, and minutes.
  • Expense Processing: Processing and checking expense reports.

You will be joining Philips Healthcare, a leading technology company focused on improving people's health and well-being through meaningful innovation. You will be based at the Phillips Campus in Best location.

You will work closely with the Marketing Lead and the Strategy Lead. You certainly won't be alone! You will be part of a large and supportive team of management assistants, with a direct circle of 5 to 6 colleagues you frequently collaborate with. There is always a colleague available to help you. You can work on site, but you can also choose to work in a hybrid setting: generally 3 days in the office in Best and 2 days working from home.
