Are you a data-driven analyst who gets energized by transforming large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights? Nike is looking for an energetic individual who sees a messy spreadsheet as an opportunity and is passionate about building reports and dashboards (with Excel and Tableau) from scratch.

You are not afraid of heavy Excel reports and love making data work for the business. If you can turn raw data into a clear story with precision and curiosity, and you want to improve the status quo, then this role is for you.

Assingment till April 2026

Nike, EHQ (Hilversum)

€26 - €40 based on experience

40 hours per week

Experience & Mindset:
- Demonstrable experience in data management, analytics, or merchandising systems.
- A hands-on, "get-things-done" mentality and a natural 'troubleshooter'.
- A strategic thinker with a bias for action.
- Excellent communication skills: you can present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A passion for data validation and governance.

And the technical hard skills are:

  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, nested formulas, dynamic reporting).
  • Expertise in Tableau (building dashboards, optimization, and data-driven storytelling).
  • Fluency in Airtable (structuring, automating, and improving bases).

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Reporting & Analysis: You will monitor and report on crucial merchandising statistics (KPIs) using advanced Excel skills (such as pivot tables, Power Query, and complex formulas).
  • Data Validation: You will perform rigorous data validation across our global and local systems (MMX, AV, Airtable, Tableau) and ensure all information is accurate, timely, and complete.
  • Data Management: You will structure and manage large, complex datasets to support strategic decision-making.
  • Visualization: You will translate raw data into efficient, 'business-ready' reports and visualizations (dashboards, pivot tables) that teams can easily adopt and use.
  • Innovation: You will drive innovation by automating existing Excel files, redefining Tableau dashboards, and finding new ways to improve our data practices.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

  • Access to the gym facilities on campus.
  • Commuting allowance of € 0,23 per km.
  • 25 vacation days if you work 40 hours per week a full year.
  • Diverse team.
  • Work from home allowance of €5 per day on days you are working from home.
  • 8.33% holiday allowance.
