Are you the Data Systems Assistant Scientist we're looking for? We are looking for someone who recognizes themselves in the following profile:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant scientific field (chemistry, biology). A strong affinity for working in a GMP setting with digital systems like LIMS & SAP is essential.
  • You are analytical, detail-oriented, and diligent, with a commitment to high-quality standards. You can work independently in a structured way while being a valued team player.
  • You are highly proficient in spoken and written English (Dutch is a plus). Laboratory work experience is a distinct advantage.

We are searching for an Assistant Scientist to strengthen the Lab Systems Operations team. The
Associate Scientist’s activities would include:

  • Master data configuration in our LIMS & eLN systems (specifications for raw materialrelease, environmental & utility monitoring, release & stability, management of storagelocations in our inventory systems, etc)
  •  Troubleshooting &  assisting lab operators in using LIMS / eLN
  • Maintaining procedures and performing Periodic User Access Management Reviews & Audit Trail Reviews

TheS O Labs group is part of the Analytical Development department within the Pharmaceutical and Analytical Development sector. The SO Labs unit comprises six subteams (Release & Stability, Raw Materials, Sample Management, Cell Culture, Microbiology, and Coordination). The group is responsible for conducting and reporting on release and stability testing of Janssen virus and antibody products for use in clinical trials, as well as providing analytical support for pilot plant activities.
