As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist at Nike, you are at the heart of getting Nike 's products to their "Athletes" (customers) in the Nike Direct Stores across the EMEA region.

You are the key link between Nike's internal supply chain and their retail floor. Your mission is to drive operational excellence by ensuring the right product is in the right store at the right time. You will use your analytical skills to meet Nike's financial and operational targets, manage risks, and find solutions that deliver on Nike's promise of Service, Convenience, and Profitability.

€21 - €32 based on experience

You will bring:

  • You have proven experience (1-3 years) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related retail operations function.
  • You are a strong problem-solver with excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • You are a natural relationship-builder and communicator, capable of influencing stakeholders across various functions and seniority levels.
  • You are a self-starter who works efficiently, both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a proven track record of identifying and delivering process improvements.
  • You have strong digital literacy, including advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with SAP, Cognos, and Tableau is a significant advantage.
  • Experience working directly with customers or external partners is a plus.

You will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team that operates across the entire EMEA region. Your key internal partners will be in Allocation, Sales, Merchandising, Planning, and Finance. On a daily basis, you'll be in direct contact with the Nike Direct stores, carriers, and logistics partners to make decisions that directly impact Nike's consumers.

  • Order & Product Flow Management: Manage the end-to-end order flow, ensuring products are planned, processed, and delivered to Nike's stores across EMEA accurately and on time.
  • Performance Monitoring: Obsess over supply chain KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) daily. You'll analyze performance, identify the root cause of any issues, and report findings to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central supply chain expert for the Nike Direct Stores team. You will work in close partnership with Nike's stores, carriers, distribution centers, and internal teams (like Planning, Merchandising, and Finance) t
  • Operational Excellence: Plan and execute the supply chain strategy for seasonal transitions, key retail moments (like product launches or holidays), and new store openings.
  • Process Improvement: Bring an innovative mindset to the team. You'll identify opportunities to make Nike's supply chain smarter and faster, and you'll lead small-scale initiatives to deliver those improvements.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
