Logistic Administrator

You are a motivated and proactive person, enthusiastic and have a passion for what you do. You work well under pressure and in a team. Further:

• 1 year of relevant working experience;
• HBO level;
• Good administrative, reporting and communication skills;
• Accurate, with an eye for detail and enthusiasm;
• Great knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel;
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and in writing;
• 32/40 hours per week available;

You will responsible for managing administrative issues related to warehouse and transport invoices, claims and damages, as well as handling first-line inquiries. Furthermore:

• Manage transport and warehouse claims for parts and accessories and Units;
• Data administration, verification, and coordination with insurance partners;
• Provide administrative support to the logistics team;
• Processing transport invoices, handling monthly accruals and preparing KPI;
• Act as first point of contact for logistics related questions from both internal and external stakeholders;
• Coordinate import and export shipments for internal customers;
