You will bring:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Administration, Economics, HR, or a related field.
- You have at least 1 year of experience in an operational role within HR or Finance.
- You have experience with vendor management and an affinity for systems (experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow is a major plus).
- You work meticulously and can follow complex work instructions.
- You are proactive, identify issues, and think in terms of solutions and process improvements.
- You are flexible, can adapt to changing priorities, and are a true team player.
- You are fluent in English (both spoken and written); proficiency in another European language is a plus.
As an HR Operations Professional, you will be the linchpin of Nike's HR processes for the EMEA region. You are responsible for the correct and timely processing of all administrative steps in the employee lifecycle: from hiring and contract management to leave, benefits, and offboarding.
You will ensure that the data in Nike's systems (Workday and ServiceNow) is always accurate and complete. This is crucial, as many other departments, such as payroll and benefits, depend on your work. You will collaborate closely with various HR teams to provide a seamless service to Nike's employees and managers.
- Manage benefits processes (approx. 50%): You are primarily responsible for the entire invoicing process for Nike's benefits partners, from collecting invoices to final payment in collaboration with the finance department.
- Process HR tasks (approx. 40%): You will handle and resolve HR requests and tasks in Nike's systems (Workday & ServiceNow). This includes personal data changes, contract extensions, onboarding, and processing terminations.
- Ensure data quality: You will monitor the accuracy of employee data, perform audits to identify errors, and ensure that everything complies with local laws and regulations.
- Process improvement (approx. 10%): You will proactively contribute ideas on how to make Nike's processes and systems more efficient and automated.
- Participate in projects: You will support team projects such as year-end processes, reorganizations, and the rollout of new benefits.
You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
