Assistant Brand Manager

Are you passionate about ice cream and have a knack for brand management? The Company is looking for a talented In-home Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Brand Manager who can drive growth for our in-home ice cream tubs. You're a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the FMCG market and a passion for creating impactful brand experiences.

• Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in managing complexity and stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and executing them successfully.
• Experience with brand development and execution is a plus.

As our In-home Ice Cream Tubs Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and success of our in-home tub portfolio within the EU & ANZ region. You'll drive innovation, manage the P&L, and ensure brand consistency across markets. Your day-to-day will involve developing and executing strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability.

• Lead innovation and renovation projects for the in-home tubs category.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive top-line and bottom-line growth.
• Manage the P&L for the in-home tubs segment, ensuring profitability.
• Identify and fill portfolio gaps with compelling product designs and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and product launches.
