Are you the strategic account manager who can elevate Converse's most important partnerships to the next level? Converse is accelerating its focus on our strategic partners, and this role is crucial to our success in Western Europe. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong experience in account management and in-depth knowledge of the digital market to strengthen our team.
- Experience: You have several years of commercial experience and a proven track record in managing strategic partners, preferably in the fashion, sports, or sneaker market. You have demonstrable experience working with buying and merchandising teams.
- Skills: You are a strategic thinker with strong negotiation and presentation skills. You can analyze data to spot commercial opportunities and act on them.
- Personality: You are a strong team player who can easily switch between different departments. You have a strong operational approach, think critically, and dare to challenge the status quo to achieve better results.
As a Senior Strategic Partner Representative, you will be the driving force behind the success of our key accounts. You ensure that our mutual goals are achieved through flawless execution of the strategy.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Marketplace Partners Validate. You will work closely on a daily basis with the Integrated Account Team, particularly with colleagues from Business Planning, Retail Marketing, and Marketplace Operations, to achieve the best results for your partners together.
Your key responsibilities:
- Account Management: You are ultimately responsible for the commercial success of your accounts. This includes managing the entire sales cycle (from future orders to at-once sales), achieving budgets, and meeting deadlines. You will analyze the market
- Strategic Planning: Together with your manager, you will develop realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, and accurate forecasts. You will lead monthly and seasonal business reviews with your partners to monitor progress and identify oppor
