As an HR Operations Specialist, you are the central hub who ensures all HR data and processes are perfectly in order, from onboarding to offboarding.

Who are you?
You are a meticulous and driven HR professional who gets energy from optimizing processes and ensuring quality. You recognize yourself in the following:

• You have experience with HR systems, preferably Workday and ServiceNow.
• You excel at following complex processes and have a keen eye for detail.
• You are a proactive problem-solver: you identify bottlenecks and propose well-thought-out solutions.
• You are flexible and can easily switch between different tasks and priorities.
• You are a true team player who believes in collaboration, transparency, and feedback.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations within the EMEA region is a major plus.

What will you do?
You are the beating heart of our HR operations. You ensure that the administrative side of the employee lifecycle runs smoothly and accurately. Your main responsibilities include:

• Managing HR Processes: The majority of your time (approximately 90%) will be spent managing HR tasks and tickets in our systems (Workday & ServiceNow). This includes personal data changes, one-time payments, and contract extensions.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: You are responsible for executing and monitoring the entire employee lifecycle: from new hires, contracts, and onboarding to leave of absence requests, promotions, and offboarding.
• Ensuring Data Quality: You make sure all employee data is correct and complete. This is essential for flawless payroll, immigration, employee benefits, and more.
• Collaboration and Support: You will work closely with other HR teams such as Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits to ensure the smooth execution of HR procedures.
• Process Optimization: You will handle local laws and regulations in various countries and continuously look for ways to improve and automate our processes.
• Projects: You will conduct audits on employee data and participate in larger HR projects, such as year-end processes or organizational changes.

You will be working at the Nike EHQ in Hilversum.
