You are a proactive and organized all-rounder with a passion for detail. You love working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment and can effortlessly handle multiple projects at once. Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following points:

• You have completed a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have a perfect command of the English language
• You have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite and are skilled with databases
• You are resourceful, flexible, and can tackle problems independently, but you also enjoy working with your team

As a Publishing Assistant, you are the indispensable link in the team. Your tasks are diverse and crucial for the smooth functioning of the journal portfolios:

• You manage the daily, non-strategic tasks for the journals, such as drafting new agreements, updating internal systems, and requesting payments
• You prepare materials for reports, conferences, and meetings, including supporting PowerPoint presentations
• You answer questions from both internal departments and external editors and authors, and build strong working relationships with colleagues worldwide
• You coordinate deadlines and ensure that the production, editorial, and marketing processes stay on schedule
