Services Technician

We are looking for a Multiskilled Analyst for the lab supporting department who would like to
work in a dynamic environment. The person we are looking for has experience with and affinity in
document management, periodic reviews and supporting the labs so they can focus on testing. You
will work in a support team, and as a team we are supporting the labs with equipment introductions,
analytical method validation, eLIMS configurations and setting up maintenance plans in SAP.
You will also contribute to maintaining cGMP compliance and support the LEAN status of the team.

Requirements

•  MLO/MBO (or equivalent) with 2-4 year of relevant experience.
•  Or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with no prior related working experience.
•  Experience in Microsoft Office, SAP, COMET, TruVault and working with SharePoints is
• preferred.
•  Experience in working in a GMP environment is a pre.
•  Ability to engage with personnel at all levels within the organization, to build and maintain fruitful
• relationships.
•  Written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English is recommended.

Tasks and responsibilities

• o Document routing, periodic reviews, and gap analyses.
• o Document changes, including creating, reviewing, and updating general documentation.
• Projects, being a team member but also assisting with CARs and small associatedfinancial aspects.
• o Quality improvements in site systems, processes, and standards (leverage on existing and implement new technologies).
• o Being Subject Matter Expert during audits and inspections.
• o Adherence to compliance best practices, EHSS regulations and lean principles.
