What you bring:

  • Experience with volume in-house recruiting for a commercial business.
  • Experience with Workday as a recruiter.
  • Experience in competency-based interviewing.
  • Fluent in English, French and German.
  • Experience with hiring practices and policy in DACH.
  • It's a pré if you have previous retail recruitment experience working directly as a store-facing business partner (coaching and assisting store leaders with their full-cycle recruitment strategy).
  • Track record of innovative sourcing, building and talent communities within unique functional abilities.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability while working in an ambiguous environment.

Nike's Retail Recruiters are based across EMEA, each supporting 15-20 stores in the region. As the key talent acquisition partner for Nike's regional retail leadership, including Store Managers (Head Coaches) and field leadership (Retail Managers) you will identify, source, and hire the best candidates for the Nike and Converse ecosystem. We also expect you to bring innovative ideas to improve Nike's retail hiring process.
We are looking for a proactive self-starter who can influence key partners and hiring leaders. As Nike is constantly evolving, you must be able to adapt quickly to change and thrive in an ambiguous environment.

As the Retail Recruiter for the DACH region, you will lead the end-to-end hiring process for all retail positions, from store associates (Athletes) to store managers (Head Coaches). Your key duties include:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and resume reviews to video screenings.
  • Owning the candidate journey through Nike's applicant tracking system, Workday.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the Head Coaches of your assigned stores and with the regional Retail Directors.
  • Partnering with internal HR teams, including People Solutions and Data Management.

You will report to the Retail Talent Acquisition Manager for Central EMEA and be part of the regional retail recruiting team within the Talent Solutions Organization.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
