As a customer service representative for our Road Side Assistance team you are responsible for providing the best possible customer service in urgent matters.

You are the first and most important point of contact and you are the most important link between our customer and our organization.

Salary of €16,05 gross per hour excl. surcharges

You always strive for perfect customer service. You have great communication skills and are able to communicate in English and Italian on a native level. You always have your eyes on the result and you are stress resistant.

You will be the most important point of contact. You provide the best possible customer assistance to our customers. You will act as a brand ambassador for Mercedes-Benz. For this position we have possibilities for 20 up to 40 hours per week. The department is opened 24/7, which includes working during the day, night and weekend. Your working hours are coordinated taking your wishes and preferences into account and working partly from home is included.

Please note that the start date for this position is November 3rd. Availability to work during the Holidays is mandatory! An initial contract for 3 months is offered.

The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center (CAC) Maastricht is the central point of contact in Europe, caring for the needs of current and prospective Mercedes-Benz and smart customers. 42 nationalities add diversity and enrich an organization dedicated to satisfied customers and high performance. Employees act as brand representatives ensuring that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level. You will work at the Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht, close to the Maas and the center of Maastricht. From the train station it is less than a 1.5 km walk and also very easily accessible by public transport or bike. There is also free parking on site. And don't forget a cozy company canteen and an on-site barista!
