Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team as we expand The VAN, our employee purchase channel, across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to become a foundational part of our Global Operations Team (GOT) and contribute to building a smarter, more connected value chain.

You're a strong communicator who can effectively champion and embrace change. You have a
positive attitude and a tolerance for ambiguity, which helps you deliver results even in a dynamic
environment. You're driven to help create the future of our operations. In addition to these qualities,
you have:

• You have a High School Diploma or GED and experience working in a warehouse or retail environment.
• You are a strong multi-tasker with excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You bring a positive, solution-focused attitude.
• You demonstrate initiative and can work independently within a team environment.
• You can lift and carry up to 30 pounds, both above your head and on the ground.

You will:

• Manage all order fulfillment processes for The VAN in a timely manner.
• Receive and load inventory into our management system, including product location management, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy reporting.
• Attend weekly meetings with The VAN team, providing updates on inventory levels, sell-through, and process improvement opportunities.

You will be part of the Global Operations Team (GOT) in our new and expanding European operations for The VAN. You will be working in a dynamic environment focused on building a smarter, more connected, and automated value chain. The position is for 40 hours a week at the Nike European Headquarters in Hilversum.
