You are a proactive, detail-oriented executive assistant with experience supporting senior managers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are adaptable, and bring innovation to your work.
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant role.
- Background in international corporate environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking effectively.
- A team player who is assertive, flexible, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks.
You will provide essential support to two operating partners and ensure the smooth functioning of two asset managers in Amsterdam. Your responsibilities will cover a range of tasks that require organization, precision, and professionalism like;
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars and travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence and act as a key point of contact.
- Prepare and review expense reports and reimbursements.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Plan and execute events for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide support for ad hoc tasks and initiatives.

The Operating Partners in their Amsterdam office are responsible for driving value creation across a diverse portfolio of European companies. A successful Executive Assistant will therefore thrive in a dynamic, international environment, liaising with the management teams of these European companies and with colleagues from the partner firm in London and New York.
- The screening process for this vacancy is extensive and takes at least 30 days;
- You'll work three days a week in the office, with flexibility to work remotely;
