Are you a natural leader with a passion for manufacturing? We're looking for an Assistant Team Leader, Parts Production to help our team create high-quality components. In this role, you'll work closely with the Team Leader to oversee production, making sure everything is done efficiently and to the highest standards. You'll play a key part in the daily operations and success of the production line. Do you work in shifts? Then you get an extra 13,3% on top of all your hours.

You're a driven individual who can motivate others and keep things running smoothly. You have a knack for organization and a sharp eye for detail. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a hands-on approach and loves to solve problems.

You'll support the Team Leader in planning and directing daily tasks. You'll distribute work, check on progress, and make sure we have all the materials and equipment we need. You'll also help spot opportunities to make our processes even better.

• Help organize and distribute daily work assignments.
• Check that work is done correctly and meets quality standards.
• Monitor production progress and report any issues.
• Make sure machines and materials are ready to go.
• Contribute ideas for improving our production methods.
