For Nike EHQ in Hilversum are we looking for a Content Specialist. This is a job starting October 1st, for 40 hours a week.

As Digital Content Specialist you will be responsible for the execution of all content publishing aspects on all Nike owned digital platforms (Nike.com, Nike App, NTC, NRC, SNKRS, Email) across EMEA. You’ll focus on authoring content utilizing our CMS tool, striving to reflect Nike's design ethos and enhance the consumer online retail experience. You will work closely with Content Producers and Channel Leads, and play a part in delivering key sports, promo and brand moments in cross-functional collaboration to ensure content meets quality standards and business expectations. In this role you will work closest with a Content Producer who is responsible for the entire content production cycle from Planning to Publishing across all channels.

A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements in order to be considered. Candidates that meet these criteria will then be assessed based on the Leadership Defined competencies.

This typically requires a Degree in Design, Digital Media, Web Design or a related field

  • 1- 2 years of directly relevant work experience, including 1-2 years' experience with web design, content management systems, publishing websites and/or CMS authoring/management required
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a professional office environment required
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and asks, and reliably meet deadlines
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new priorities
  • Detail orientation and intrinsic passion toward site success and high-quality delivery
  • Outstanding team player and positive attitude with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability and knows when to escalate to leadership
  • Logical reasoning, troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills

You will obsess all the interactions a Nike member has with the brand, whether that be on Nike.com, the Nike App, SNKRS, NRC, NTC, or in the Nike stores. Based on those interactions, a member qualifies for personalized triggered communications and you will be acting as point person for collaborating with the Content Producer and Marketing Lifecycle Team in orchestrating, delivering and maintaining rich and highly personalized multi-touch and multichannel optimized experiences / customer journeys within AJO.

  • Responsible for EMEA content production across all Nike owned channels, using CMS tools to enhance the online retail experience.
  • Collaborate with Content Producers and Channel Leads to deliver key brand moments and track production processes.
  • Build various digital content, including website pages, feed cards, and push notifications.
  • Participate in cross-functional activations and act as a content publishing subject matter expert.
  • Support content capabilities projects and manage multiple projects independently with tight deadlines.
  • Communicate project status, assist in developing Digital Commerce standards, and perform QA and UAT.
  • Collaborate within a team to problem-solve production challenges.
