Packaging Operator

• you have experience in a production environment (preferred)
• you have technical insight through education or hobby
• you are available full-time in a 3-shift system
• you can work accurately and in a structured manner
• you live in (or near) Drachten or have your own transport

As an operator at CCI, you will be working in the packaging department. Here, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and converting multiple packaging lines. You will also carry out quality checks. You will identify deviations and record everything in accordance with procedures. You will be able to resolve minor malfunctions yourself. For major malfunctions, you will quickly contact the technical department!

In addition, you will train other colleagues and contribute ideas for improvement.

You will work in a 3-shift schedule with the following working hours:
Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00

• you set up or modify machines when changing products.
• you carry out quality checks and keep accurate records.
• you work in a close-knit team and actively contribute ideas for improvements.
• you have a technical aptitude, for example through a hobby.
