This Forecast Excellence Officer position requires a blend of analytical and creative business thinking. You'll be working with data and technology daily.

• Strong affinity with data and technology;
• Experience in Supply Chain or Sales (FMCG preferred);
• Experience with scripting/programming languages and visualization tools (PowerBI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau).

As a Forecast Excellence Officer, your days will be varied and engaging. You'll be responsible for the full-term volume demand forecast (base & promo) for the Benelux market, covering an 18-month rolling horizon.

• Create robust volume forecasts for the next 2-6 months, using market intelligence and sales/marketing plans.
• Collaborate closely with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to optimize forecasts and ensure smooth product launches.
• Improve forecasting models through data analysis and drive continuous process improvements.
• Lead projects to automate processes and reduce costs, potentially involving external partners.
• Develop scripts to support teams, monitor data quality, and automate tasks. Visualize your findings using tools like PowerBI.
