We're looking for a dedicated and organized individual to join the team. This role requires someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
- MBO+ education level
- You have administrative experience
- If you have technical knowledge, this is a plus!
- Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
- You have excellent English communication skills
- You are detail oriented, can follow strict processes and you can juggle different tasks very well!
As a Reject Handler, your typical day will involve managing non-conforming materials from the production line. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure that defective or incomplete materials are properly documented, tracked, and processed.
- Coordinate with trouble shooters to register non-conforming materials and ensure their proper storage in the reject area.
- Maintain detailed inventory control of the reject area, ensuring accuracy in all records and logs within SAP.
- Collaborate with purchasing teams to manage the return of defective materials to suppliers.
- Work with the scrap team to process materials designated for disposal.
- Actively participate in improvement teams to enhance product and process quality.
