We are looking for an entry-level **scaffolder** for this client. This company specializes in industrial services, including maintenance, engineering, and manufacturing in the process industry. Your main task will be to assemble and disassemble scaffolds for maintenance work.

Your work location will be the Maasvlakte, a challenging and dynamic environment. To prepare you for this, you will receive an intensive 14-week in-house training program. In this program, you'll develop all the skills and knowledge needed to become a top scaffolder.

As a scaffolder, you are responsible for the independent assembly and disassembly of all types of scaffolding and support structures at various heights. You will do this based on drawings and instructions from your supervisor, while always adhering to applicable safety regulations and company instructions. You will report to the working foreman.

As a future scaffolder, you should possess the following characteristics:

  • You must have a driver's license and your own transportation

As an entry-level **scaffolder**, you are responsible for assisting with the assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of scaffolding according to strict safety regulations. You will help transport materials to and from the work site and will learn to work with various types of scaffolding and tools along the way. You will also support your colleagues in inspecting scaffolds to ensure they are stable and safe.

  • You assemble and disassemble all types of scaffolding.
  • You load and unload material trucks, check the required materials, separate damaged materials, and report material shortages and/or leftovers.
  • If certified, you operate lifting equipment and give instructions during lifting operations.
  • You use the correct tools and equipment to perform assigned tasks.
  • You know the specifications and quality requirements of the process and the product, and you check the work you have completed before reporting it as finished to your supervisor.
