• You are available fulltime;
• You are willing to work in 5-shift schedules.
• You have your own transport to get to work;
• You speak English or Dutch.

As an operator at Hydro in Drunen you ensure, together with your team, that the production process runs smoothly. This is where your technical skills and solution-oriented approach come in handy. Your activities therefore include:

• Performing quality checks on our products.
• Operating and monitoring machines in the production process.
• Actively contributing to process improvements.
• Identifying and resolving malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Working closely with your team to achieve production goals.
