In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating a team and overseeing various warehouse processes. Your typical day will involve:
- Coordinating daily operational activities within the department.
- Training and mentoring team members, both new and existing.
- Creating and updating work instructions to maintain efficient workflows.
- Providing guidance and support to team members, focusing on safety, efficiency, and quality (KPIs and productivity).
- Proactively responding to disruptions and seeking opportunities to optimize department processes.
