We're looking for a candidate with the right mix of knowledge, experience, and personal skills:
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent with a keen interest in commercial processes.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in other languages like German, Spanish, or French is a plus.
- Strong numeracy, organizational, and time management skills.
- A solid understanding of commercial processes, including legal alignment and the sales cycle.
- You're detail-oriented, accurate, and a proactive problem-solver.
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) and contracting systems is a must.
- Good computer skills, with proficiency in MS-Office-Suite, particularly MS Excel.
As an Account Support Executive, you'll be the linchpin of the commercial operations. Your main responsibility is the accurate preparation and management of license agreements for both new and renewed contracts. You'll be the first point of contact for international customers regarding contract execution and will proactively work to ensure deals are successfully closed.
Your diverse and responsible tasks will include:
- Supporting the sales team by providing customer information, such as usage statistics and entitlements.
- Preparing quotes and contracts in the CRM/ERP system to initiate invoicing.
- Acting as the first point of contact for international customers regarding contract execution and managing their requests.
- Coordinating all customer correspondence within your assigned international region and safeguarding data quality in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proactively communicating with customers to align on new contract terms and agreed fees to secure signed licenses.
- Collaborating closely with subscription agents to pursue deals and resolve order inquiries.
- Providing feedback to improve sales and support workflows for better efficiency and effectiveness.
