As a Fulfilment Employee, you’ll play an essential role in the daily pick & pack process. You’ll also work closely with the team leader to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Picking, packing and shipping orders
- Checking incoming and outgoing goods
- Supporting the team leader in planning and coordination
- Contributing ideas for process improvements
- Working with automated systems
You’ll be working in a small, friendly team within a modern, well-organised fulfilment centre focused on precision and quality – not heavy logistics. The environment is calm, clean, and detail-oriented, making it ideal for someone who enjoys structured work. The role offers a gross monthly salary between €2500 and €2800 (depending on experience), plus travel allowance as outlined in the sector’s CAO. Strong performance could lead to a direct, long-term contract with a leading international logistics organisation.
