Marketing Finance Coordinator

As a Marketing Finance Coordinator, you'll support the EMEA marketing teams by improving financial planning and streamlining processes. With your strategic insight, you'll help boost ROI across multiple marketing channels. This is a vacancy for one year via Randstad but with perspective for long term.

You're a natural problem-solver who enjoys working with both data and people. With a sharp financial mind and communication skills, you're confident navigating cross-functional teams and complex systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance & affinity with marketing;
• Comfortable with financial planning and strategic reporting;
• Skilled in Google Sheets, Slides and Docs;
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented;
• Excited about improving processes and creating structure.

As the bridge between marketing and finance, you'll ensure accurate financial reporting, lead planning processes, and train regional teams on marketing finance systems.

• Collaborate with EMEA marketing teams to improve financial insights;
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning;
• Lead the monthly accrual process with marketing managers;
• Host training sessions for marketing teams across EMEA;
• Maintain financial documentation for marketing expenses;
• Drive marketing finance review meetings with local and global teams;
• Help refine systems and processes in coordination with Marketing Operations.

• One year contract through Randstad, with option to extend after. It's a long-term position;
