Monthly salary of 2800 €

Temporary contract until the end of December

Hybrid working model, 2 days office, 3 days home

We're looking for someone with a customer-centric approach and exceptional communication skills. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be handling a high volume of inquiries, so efficiency and accuracy are key

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems (SAP, SFDC, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

As an Operational Support Specialist, your day will involve a variety of tasks focused on efficiently resolving customer issues. You'll be the first point of contact for many, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Handle incoming complaints related to tariff changes and pricing adjustments
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and provide accurate responses
  • Document and track all complaints and resolutions in relevant systems (SAP, SFDC, TrackWise, etc.)
  • Adapt to evolving applications and company policies and procedures
