Are you experienced in IT support and looking for a new challenge? Currently, Eurail is looking for a temporary technical agent to support the first line of support in escalated technical issues. You'll work from their office in Utrecht and from home. The office is based just minutes away from Utrecht Centraal Station. Are you the new technical agent we are looking for? Please keep reading.

You are an experienced technical agent who likes supporting incident management for different customer service teams. You are able to communicate technical information in a matter that everyone (even people without technical knowledge) will understand. You love to investigate different issues and follow-up on them. Apart from that you like alarm monitoring, issue reproduction, and troubleshooting.

Or than this you are:

  • Detail oriented and have great problem-solving skills;
  • Experience with Zendesh is a great plus;
  • A great mulitasker.

You will be responsible for helping various departments within Eurail to answer all technical related questions. For example, a traveler is facing difficulties and the customer service department is unable to help out. This is where you step in and provide the customer service agent with the right information to solve the problem. You can also be creative with your solutions and workarounds to make the customers happy again. You will also take action on Zendesk inbox items, react to alarms, reproduce issues (as applicable), and handle documentation-related work.

Apart from this you will also monitor systems to ensure overall health and stability and assist Eurail's content/copywriters by ensuring asset imports follow guidelines.
